APARTMENT BATHTUBS REVITALIZED TO STAY UNDER BUDGET!
A 32-unit apartment complex in southeastern Minnesota was doing a major renovation. Much of the work was coming in way over budget and money was running short. Rather than replace 32 fiberglass tub and shower units, All Surface Professionals was contracted to refurbish and revitalize the tubs. And, with new mildew proof silicone applied at all the seams, the tubs turned out great and kept renovations within budget.

A 55-room hotel had unsightly tile and grout problems in several of their showers. The hotel's maintenance team attempted to fix the stained and discolored grout lines by smearing latex caulking all over the tiled walls, but within time that also became discolored.

After removing the latex caulking from the tile walls we used our tile refinishing process, colored the tile and permanently sealed the grout white. This improvement saved the hotel as much as $16,000 as compared to complete shower replacement.
